Michael Sears
President & CEO
Michael is a University of California graduate at Berkeley and now resides in New Jersey. He has years of expertise in the C-Store, Travel Retail, and the Higher Education classes of trade. After leading our sales team in all channels for many years, Michael became President and CEO in November of 2021.
Lisa Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Kelly joined the S&S family in September of 2021 with 19 years of financial experience in accounting, financial planning, financial modeling, system implementations, and M&A. She graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received her MBA from Sage Colleges of Albany.
Christa Oderkirk
Executive VP of Operations
Christa Oderkirk lives in Western New York. She has a management, sales, and marketing background, over 30 years of convenience store experience, and product knowledge. Christa took over the role of Vice President in December 2021.
Frank Quinn
Vice President of Sales
Frank Quinn comes to S&S InnoVisors with over 40 years of experience in the retail industry. His career encompasses leadership roles in operations, marketing, and category management which gives him a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics. He has been instrumental in driving retailer success by focusing on innovative strategies and fostering strong partnerships. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in expanding the company's food service and convenience store divisions, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and success. As Vice President of Sales, Frank continues to bring his extensive expertise to the sales team.
Patrick Corcoran
Sr. National Account Manager
Patrick lives in Pennsylvania and comes to us with experience from our industry's C-Store distribution, Travel retail, and C-Store broker areas. He brings strong relationship-building, promotion development, and data analysis.
Mike Maslen
National Account Manager
Mike joins S&S with more than 25+ years of experience in the Retail, C-Store, Wholesale Distribution, and Broker businesses, working on all major categories within Transportation and C-Store.
Chris Mower
National Account & Retail Manager
Chris Mower resides in Central New Jersey. He brings over eight years of experience in demanding, fast-paced retail outlets such as grocery stores and travel. Chris has a strong background in relationship management, merchandising, and data analysis.
TR Barritt
Director of NE/Mid-Atlantic Convenience & National Account Manager
T.R. joined our team in December 2021. Residing in Pennsylvania, he has years of experience in the industry, coming over from the beverage side. We are happy to welcome him to our team as he offers tremendous expertise and relationship skills in the Mid-Atlantic Market.
Mike Grubb
Director of Innovation & Sr. Regional Sales Manager (Southern New England)
Mike joined the team in June 2022. He resides in Massachusetts. He has over 12 years of experience in the CPG industry and recent supply chain and transportation knowledge.
Michael Arnold
Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Mid-Atlantic)
Michael resides in central Bucks County, PA. with his family. He has over 20 years of experience in the convenience store industry, coming from the operations side. He has worked with both franchise and corporate operations bringing relationship-building, data analysis, and merchandising name a few to the highly skilled and fast-paced team.
Nicholas Bridgwood
Regional Sales Manager (Northern New England)
Nick recently joined the sales team and resides in western Massachusetts. He has over 12 years of Retail, C-store and Sales Broker experience, most recently in the Beverage and Tobacco industry. He has expertise in bringing new brands to market, as well as growing market share for industry leading companies.
Scott Bossler
Director of Southeast Convenience
Scott is a Pennsylvania native with over 20 years’ experience in foodservice and retail convenience sales management, Scott excels in fostering strong client relationships which drive results and exceeds expectations. His expertise lies in understanding consumer behavior, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and partnering with wholesalers and retailers to achieve mutual success. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration
Lisa McGirr
Foodservice Sales Manager
Lisa McGirr resides in Medford NJ with her husband and faithful Golden Retriever. She has 14 years of retail sales experience within manufacturing, 9 years in DSD retail sales, and 5 years as Territory Manager calling on C-store accounts. Lisa also has 6 years of foodservice experience calling on non-commercial, regional restaurant chains, national chain, C-store, higher education, and ingredient sales.
Sara Roberts
Corporate Integration Coordinator
Sara Roberts lives in Eastern New York. She has advanced to Manager of Sales Operations and Marketing for S&S. Sara has strong communication skills in management and customer service to elevate our team, provide additional support, and develop partnerships.
Jordan Buchas
Sales Operations Specialist
Jordan Buchas resides here in the Capital Region of N.Y. State. In January 2020, he joined the team specializing in Merchandising and Retail Space Management. Through COVID, he transitioned to a more prominent role on our Marketing Team. In June 2022, we officially welcomed Jordan to our Sales Team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Upstate NY Market. Late 2023 Jordan joins the Sales Operations Team.
Ian Brumbaugh
Marketing & Engagement Coordinator
Ian Brumbaugh joined our team in January of 2023. He is an experienced Social Media Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer services industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Secondary Education, Communication, Social Media, and Leadership, Ian is driven to help your team succeed. He currently resides in the Altoona area of Central PA.
Sarah-Jane Hockford
Orders Processing Supervisor
Sarah-Jane Fawcett joined our team in September 2022. Sarah-Jane has a strong communication, administration, and customer service background.
Tina Castillo
Senior Accountant
Tina resides in the Capital Region, working out of our corporate office. She has over 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and administration. Tina holds a B.S. in Management from Northeastern University.
Kelly Sweet
Office & A/R Manager
Kelly Sweet joined our team in November 2014. Transitioning from 4 years of honorable service in the U.S. Navy, Kelly has extensive training and experience in maintaining account receivables/payables and tracking databases.
Erika LaFountain
A/R Specialist
Erika was hired in November 2023 as an A/R Specialist. She lives local to the corporate office and comes to the team with years of dedicated experience in accounting.
